Who we are

OffBalance is operated by Gativa Movement Pvt Ltd (CIN U93120KL2026PTC105549), with its registered office at Kayyalackakom, House No. 21 G C, Nagar, Perurkada, Thiruvananthapuram, 695005, Kerala, India. We are not registered for GST.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the paid 50-day programme, Every Week, Train Live, the Consult, the free coach-reviewed assessment, and requests made through OffBalance contact or programme forms. A request for a call is not a booking, payment, or place reservation. We confirm the relevant programme details before arranging payment.

Eligibility and guardian consent

You must be at least 16 to take part. If you are 16 or 17, we must receive guardian consent before your first session. We will record that consent from a verbal confirmation or a WhatsApp note from your guardian.

Consent and WhatsApp

Required consent for a programme or contact request is separate from optional marketing WhatsApp consent. We use required contact details to respond to your request and deliver the programme. Marketing WhatsApp messages are optional; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

Health, training and liability

Training involves inherent risk. You must only take part when it is safe for you, follow coaching guidance, use a safe training environment, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or anything that does not feel right. Our coaches are not medical professionals and programme guidance is not medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffBalance's total liability arising from a programme is capped at the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Refunds and programme credit

No cash refunds are provided after payment for a programme. If a paid programme is unsuitable, or an amount remains unused, that amount becomes non-expiring OffBalance programme credit that can be applied to a suitable OffBalance programme. Read the refund and programme credit policy before paying.

Equipment

Equipment included with the 50-day equipment option has no separate delivery charge and is shipped anywhere in India after a place is confirmed. We do not promise a delivery date. If equipment arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, contact us with the order details and photographs where available so we can review an appropriate replacement or other resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by updating this page and its effective date. We do not send proactive email about policy changes.

Governing law and notices
