Who is responsible

OffBalance is operated by Gativa Movement Pvt Ltd (CIN U93120KL2026PTC105549), with its registered office at Kayyalackakom, House No. 21 G C, Nagar, Perurkada, Thiruvananthapuram, 695005, Kerala, India.

What we collect and why

We may collect name, email, WhatsApp number, city, pincode, programme preference, goals, contact messages, consent records, and health or fitness information you provide for training suitability or coaching. We use this information to respond to requests, assess and deliver a programme, coordinate coaching and equipment, maintain necessary operational records, and handle support. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes data

Authorised OffBalance operators can access information needed for their work. We use service providers in these categories only: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, an operations spreadsheet, and PostHog for website analytics.

Cookies and website analytics

We use PostHog analytics cookies on our public pages to count visits and see which pages, programmes and buttons people use: page views, where a visit came from (campaign tags such as utm_source and the referring website), clicks on the assessment, WhatsApp, Instagram, call and payment links, and whether an enquiry or assessment was started or submitted. Analytics is anonymous: we do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form answers or health information to PostHog, we do not identify visitors, and session recording is switched off. Analytics runs unless you opt out. To opt out, choose Opt out on the small notice at the bottom left of the page (it tucks itself away after a few seconds or when you scroll), or use Cookie settings in the footer at any time; opting out stops analytics collection and removes the analytics cookie and stored campaign details from your browser, and we remember your choice, or that you have seen the notice, in the ob_analytics_consent cookie for up to 180 days. It does not delete events already collected; you can ask us to delete them using the contact details below. PostHog processes analytics data on servers in the United States, so analytics involves transferring data outside India. Analytics events are kept for up to a year. The India / Outside India region preference is stored in localStorage on your device (ob-region) and is not analytics. A secure __Host-ob_session cookie is used only when you sign in to member or operator areas; public browsing does not need it.

Health and fitness information

Health and fitness information is used only to consider training suitability and support coaching. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes. We retain it until you ask us to delete it, then delete it within 30 days of a verified request.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to kjk@offbalance.in or using the contact page. We verify deletion requests before acting on them. Required programme or contact communications are separate from optional marketing WhatsApp messages. You can opt out of marketing WhatsApp at any time by replying STOP.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice by updating this page and its effective date. We do not send proactive email about policy changes.
