50-day equipment

Equipment is included with the 50-day equipment option, with no separate delivery charge, anywhere in India. It is shipped after a place is confirmed. OffBalance does not promise a delivery date.

Damage, wrong items, or missing delivery

If equipment arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, contact us with the order details and photographs where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other resolution.
